Why more and more Grimsby folk are taking a fifteen mile trip

Over the years, here at Thompson and Smith, it’s been a source of pride that so many of our local customers have repeatedly trusted us to supply them with their nearly new and used Vauxhalls and other models. Now, it appears our reputation has spread! Recently, a long-term member of our team made an interesting comment as he finished his early-morning coffee and got ready for work: “Has anyone else noticed how these days we are providing more used Vauxhalls for people in the Grimsby area?”

It was as if a light had come on above our heads! Our other team members were suddenly nodding in agreement. This encouraged us to have a proper look through our sales records. We knew it was just that quick 15-mile drive down from Grimsby itself – or, for that matter, Humberston, Waltham, and North Thoresby as well. We appreciated that folk recognised our reputation for delivering cheap Vauxhall deals – especially at the moment with our great selection of massive savings on nearly new 2014 plate cars. 

Maybe our reputation for delivering a quality service and building strong relationships with our customers had encouraged them to recommend us to folk looking for used cars in Grimsby. We also discovered that customers who had moved to that area still tended to come back and see us when it was time to choose another low mileage Vauxhall car or van (by the way, many other makes and models are also available).
