Aftercare

Our technicians and valeting staff are available six days a week and are dedicated providing high-quality service. Whether you're booked in for a service, having us check a potential issue, or simply asking for our advice, we will treat your car as if it were our own.

As we've already mentioned, so many of our customers keep coming back to us too, both for aftercare and servicing or even for upgrading to newer models. We offer a voucher scheme for our loyal customers, which provides various discounts on services.

Services

When you book in for a service with Thompson and Smith, you can rest assured that genuine oils and parts will be used, making sure you maintain your manufacturer’s warranty. We can also provide a free courtesy car or lift to work. Customers who choose to wait in our comfortable reception can make use of our free WiFi.

All cars are given a visual vehicle health check, free of charge, and the latest Vauxhall and Snap-On diagnostic equipment are used, meaning your Vauxhall car is being well looked after, in the Vauxhall way.

Upgrades

As well as services and vehicle checks, we supply and fit a wide range of accessories, such as Bluetooth kits, parking sensors, and can even make commercial vehicle conversions.
