Macmillan Coffee and Classics Evening

At Thompson and Smith, we are proud to support Macmillan Cancer Support with our annual World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. Last year we held our first ever ‘Coffee and Classics’ event at our Woldside Classic and Sports Car showroom, which is located next to Thompson and Smith on Tattershall Way in Louth. The evening event was hugely successful, so we've decided to stage another 'Coffee and Classics' evening event this year, which we're certain will be just as popular.

The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan's major fund raising event for people facing cancer and it's a cause that we're all keen to support. Since the first ever Coffee Morning in 1990, this simple idea has raised over £165.5 million for Macmillan with £29.5 million raised last year alone. Macmillan are aiming to raise even more this year so we're hoping to help them do just that with the 'Coffee and Classics' evening.

The idea's quite simple. There'll be lots of lovely cakes, plus tea and coffee of course, but we're also inviting anyone with a classic car that they would like to bring to the event to join us too. It's a great way to meet fellow classic car enthusiasts, admire each other's handiwork and show off your pride and joy while helping us raise money for Macmillan. The event is open to anyone, not just to our customers, so please invite your classic car-loving friends to come along to the 'Coffee and Classics' evening and support this excellent charity.
